Before you buy Nemeris

What Nemeris is

2 plugins for Claude Code, included in the same licence:

• Nemeris, which makes the discipline of an AI coding agent mechanical: it can require a plan that you sign, keep the agent's changes within the limits of that plan and refuse the agent's attempts to hand work over to sub-agents until you allow it.
• Nemeris Audit, which audits your code in 12 areas, for example security, performance, tests and error handling, and leaves a report in your project in which each finding says what was checked and what was found. It also works without Nemeris.

What you get

• A perpetual licence to use Nemeris and Audit extension on 1 computer.
• Maintenance of what you bought: fixes and improvements to existing features.
• Security updates for 5 years from the date of purchase. We notify you at least 6 months before they end.
• New features are not included in the price. They may be offered separately, for a fee.
• With every update you receive an email with installation instructions.
• Support by email at hey@nemerislabs.com, for 5 years from the date of purchase, with a reply within 48 hours at the latest.
• You can move the licence to another computer: you free the old computer on the recovery page, with the email you used to get Nemeris, then activate the licence on the new one. Within any 30 days, the licence can be activated on at most 3 new computers in addition to the first; freeing a computer does not reset the count, and reinstalling on the same computer does not count.

What you do not get

• No subscription and no automatic renewal.
• No "money-back guarantee". Your statutory rights are described in the Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
• No guarantee that your code is correct, secure or compliant with any rule. Nemeris helps you enforce a way of working; it may refuse a legitimate action and it may miss a problem. Likewise, Nemeris Audit may miss a problem; its report does not replace your own review.
• It is not a hosted service. Nemeris runs on your computer. It needs an internet connection for updates and for a licence check once a day, which sends only the licence key and a code derived from the computer's name and identifier, not the identifier itself. It sends nothing about your code, your requests or your projects. Without an internet connection, Nemeris keeps working, with no time limit. Only a licence revoked after a refund or a lost dispute means Nemeris can no longer be turned on for a task on that computer; the block on sub-agents and Nemeris Audit keep working, and your work in Claude Code is not blocked.
• It is not Claude Code. You need your own Claude Code, with an Anthropic account. Nemeris is not affiliated with Anthropic.

What you need

Nemeris enforces nothing where Claude Code does not run the automatic checks that plugins register, for example in some agent modes or in the cloud, or where your organisation's settings block them.

If a problem arises because your system does not meet these requirements, it is not a defect of the product.

Price

The price of EUR 89 is the final price. If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank carries out the conversion.

We do not sell in countries subject to European Union sanctions, in countries where our payment processor does not allow us to sell, or in Kosovo.

Your rights as a consumer

• You have 14 days to withdraw. The right ends earlier if, at checkout, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, in a box separate from the one for the EULA.
• To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract here" link (nemerislabs.com/#withdraw), in the footer of every page and in the confirmation email.
• You have the legal guarantee that Nemeris conforms to this description.
